Hotel, São Vicente, Baía das Gatas

Guest House, an ecotourism development located in Baía das Gatas, in the northern part of the island of São Vicente in Cape Verde/Cape Verde. The project is designed to house tourism for the elderly, is set on a 653.78 m2 platform, and is part of a predominantly natural territory that is gradually being urbanised; it was designed to make the most of the surrounding land. The architecture reflects concerns about the direction of the land, natural ventilation, the creation of leisure spaces and sea views. It has eight flats, including: seven one-bedroom flats, one two-bedroom flat, a restaurant space with capacity for 50 people, an office and laundry, a guardhouse, and a swimming pool designed for physical exercise.
